Have you ever felt that kind of tired where you don't even know what you need anymore? Not sleepy tired. Just... empty. Like you're showing up, you're keeping it together, but somewhere along the way you stopped feeling like yourself and you can't even pinpoint when it happened.

In this episode I'm getting really honest about survival mode - what it actually is, what it quietly does to your brain, your body, and your sense of self, and why so many of us have been living there without even realizing it.
I share what it felt like to lose myself piece by piece in certain seasons of my life. How I mistook my anxiety for my personality. How I became so good at reading the room and managing everyone else that I completely lost my own frequency. And the moment I finally understood that wasn't who I was. That was who I had become.
Because here's what I know now, survival mode doesn't announce itself. It just slowly becomes your normal. Until you don't know who you are outside of it.
